Achievers Success Plan ¡ Your First Week
Let’s get your business moving.

Let’s be clear. You really do not need to know everything before you start. In fact, trying to learn everything first is one of the biggest traps new people fall into.

This Success Plan is here to help you take action, specifically the actions that fit around your life. It is not a day-by-day timetable. Ask for help whenever you need it. That is exactly what your sponsor and upline are there for.

The goal is simple. Keep moving. Keep taking action.

One thing before you start
If you take nothing else away, understand this.

The only thing within your control is the action you take. You have no control at all over how somebody else responds. So everything you see here is focused on what you do: the conversations you start, the people you follow up with and all of the opportunities you create for your business to thrive. The results will always come from your actions.

A little help, when you need it.

As you work through the plan, you’ll sometimes see extra support underneath an action. You do not need to work through everything before you move on. Use the help when you need it.

Quick Help
A reminder, prompt or simple tool to get you started and help you quickly take the next action.

Start now

Your first moves.

You’ve made the decision to start something brand new. Let’s get started straight away.

01

Your First Five

Why this matters

Your business needs customers and Partners to grow, so let’s start with the people already in your world.

Think of the first five people who spring to mind. Friends, family, neighbours, colleagues, people you know socially. Don’t decide whether they’re a customer or Partner. Let them decide what interests them.

Do this

Write down five names. Choose one and start a conversation. Be yourself: “I’ve started a new business. It’s to do with supplements. Is that something you’re interested in?”

Take action Write your five names and start one conversation.
02

What Are You Doing This For?

Why this matters

We’ve seen brilliant people get derailed simply because they didn’t have a strong enough reason to keep going when things got difficult. Your goal gives you something to come back to.

A little extra money each month? Paying for something specific? More choice? Replacing an income? Building something substantial? Your reason is yours. There is no right answer.

Do this

Write down what you would genuinely love this business to do for you. Do it on your own or talk it through with your sponsor.

Take action Write down your reason.
03

Tell People You’ve Started

Why this matters

Don’t have a secret business. People cannot be interested in something they don’t know you’re doing.

Don’t worry about the fact that you don’t know everything yet. Being brand new is part of your story. You’re discovering the business, learning as you go and taking people with you. This isn’t one big launch post. It’s the beginning of the story.

Do this

Tell people you’ve started. Post, Story, video, conversation, whatever feels like you. Then keep talking about what you’re doing as your story develops.

Take action Tell people you’ve started.
When your kit arrives

The box is here.

This is where things start to feel real. Before you disappear into all the information inside it, let’s get the kit working for your business.

04

Capture The Moment

Why this matters

You only get one genuine first reaction. You can’t recreate this moment later, so make it part of launching your story.

People don’t need a polished presentation. Let them see you opening the kit, discovering what’s inside and genuinely reacting to your new business.

Do this

Go live and unbox it. Not ready for live? Film it. Don’t fancy video? Take photographs and share how you’re feeling.

Take action Capture your unboxing.
05

Understanding What’s In Your Kit

Why this matters

There’s quite a lot in that box, but you do not need to use or understand everything today. Your kit gives you options, not a list of jobs.

Some things are there to help you start conversations and build your business. Others are there to help you understand the business as you go. Knowing what’s what means you can use the useful bits now and leave the rest until you need them.

Do this

Open the What’s In Your Kit? guide and have a quick look through what you’ve got. Put your personalised stickers onto your brochures and get them ready to use. Then pick the tools that fit how you want to work.

Take action Get your first tools ready to use.
Build your knowledge as you go

These are here to help you understand the business, not to stop you getting started. Read the Compliance Guide early, then work through the others as you need them. Tick them off once you’ve spent some time getting familiar with each one.

06

Making Your Tools Work For You

Why this matters

Your tools help you create opportunities, but the business grows through the conversations that happen around them.

There isn’t one right way to use your tools. Choose something that fits you, where you live and the time you have available. A brochure, leaflet, product card or Partner Guide can open the door, then your conversation takes it forward.

Do this

Put catalogues through doors. Drop some leaflets. Put up a poster. Give someone a brochure or Partner Guide. Start conversations as you go and use your tools to give those conversations somewhere to lead. Pick something and do it.

Take action Use one of your tools and start a conversation.
07

Arrange Your Launch Meeting

Why this matters

You’re brand new. You should not have to explain the whole business by yourself. Your sponsor and upline are there to help.

You bring the people. Your sponsor or upline can do the presentation and help answer the questions.

Do this

Speak to your sponsor and get a date in the diary. Then start inviting people to come and take a look at what you’ve started.

Take action Get the Meeting in the diary.
Keep moving

Build your everyday rhythm.

The actions above help you get your business started. This is what keeps it moving.

We call this your Daily Method of Operation, or DMO. It simply means building a rhythm of business activity that works around your life and that you can keep coming back to.

You might have fifteen minutes today and two hours tomorrow. That doesn’t matter. You are not trying to follow somebody else’s timetable. You are building a rhythm that fits you.

And it is based around three simple pillars: Create. Progress. Share.

Build your rhythm

Use these when you want a little help turning Create, Progress and Share into something practical that works around your own life.

Create

Create New Opportunities

Keep growing the number of people who know what you do. Every new opportunity gives you another conversation you can build on over time. Your contact list becomes one of the biggest assets in your business.

Have a conversation. Put catalogues out. Drop leaflets. Put up a flyer. Post something. Place an advert. Go to an event. Talk to somebody you meet. Pick something that fits your day.
Take action Create one new opportunity.
Progress

Move Something Forward

Creating opportunities gives you people to talk to. Following up is what turns those opportunities into business. Your follow-up is where so much of the gold in your business sits.

Who has a brochure? Who asked a question? Who watched your Zoom? Who said they would come back to you? Who showed some interest but hasn’t made a decision? Pick someone and move the conversation forward.
Take action Follow up with one person.
Share

Let People See What You’re Doing

People rarely notice something because you mentioned it once. Your business becomes familiar when people see it regularly and naturally. Your business is constantly giving you things to share.

Your kit arrived. You went leaflet dropping. You tried a product. You learned something. You had an interesting conversation. You made a sale. You are preparing for a Zoom. You welcomed somebody new. Something made you laugh.
Take action Share one genuine thing.
Your next move

What are you going to keep doing?

You’ve spent your first week trying things, starting conversations and getting your business out into the world.

Now start noticing what works for you. This is where you begin turning individual actions into a rhythm that can fit naturally around your life.

You are not trying to create the perfect routine. You are starting to build one you can actually stick to.

01 What created conversations?
02 Who needs following up?
03 Which activities felt natural?
04 What are you going to repeat?
